1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MeritumDev services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services.

2. Service Description

MeritumDev provides software development services, including:

• Web application development
• Mobile application development
• Custom software development
• Technology consulting

3. Client Obligations

The client agrees to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information
• Cooperate in project development
• Make payments according to agreed terms
• Maintain confidentiality of information

4. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to software developed by MeritumDev remain with the client once payment is completed. MeritumDev retains rights to its methodology and internal tools.

5. Limitation of Liability

MeritumDev shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may arise from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days' prior notice. In case of termination, payment will be made for services completed up to the termination date.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Colombia.
